Kenny Chesney in Twin Falls?
I don't know if the mystery was ever solved, but his tour bus was in Twin Falls for several hours. Some ladies said the talked to him in the mall but other reports said he flew out of Portland. Which ever, the bus driver enjoyed himself as fans pulled in the parking lot in hopes of a glimpse. We were brave and went right up to it. Hilary thought we should open the door and walk in...why not!
Lagoon!
Gramma Clark took us to Lagoon. I was worried the kids wouldn't like it(I was just thinking of me being a teenager)...but boy was I wrong! I have a bunch of dare devils for kids. They wanted to go on everything. Unfortunetly for Hilary, she wasn't tall enough for a few, and she let us know she was not happy about that. On the wild mouse ride I looked at Gracie, she had her bottom lip stuck out as far as it could go but by the end she said,"let's go again!" Abbey and Grandma got stuck on the very top of the Spider. It was difficult getting Carter off the rides, he loved them. It as a great day and fun memory! Thanks Gramma!
Eight is Great- Abbey's Baptism
Abbey had a wonderful baptism. All of her family and several of our friends came. Abbey sang the opening song, "Today I will be baptised". Grandma Norma Andersen spoke as well as her Poppy (Grandpa Clark) All the primary age cousins and friends sang, "if the Savior Stood beside Me" Gracie sang a solo verse that we found on the internet. There was a special spirit there. Abbey has been very excited and prepared long to be baptised. She is loved by so many. We are blessed to have such amazing support. Most everyone had to travel far to make it there. It was a long journey for Abbey's great-parents. Thank you to everyone who came and has been a part of Abbey and our family's lives.
