Make-A-Wish Tree House for Trey

My nephew, Trey was born with a heart defect. He has had several surgeries. He just started kindergarten this year. Trey adds a special spirit to our family. He is kind and tender. His wish was to have a secret hideout, tree house. Trey with some cousins and friends eyeing the big cake.

Girls's First Day of School...August 24th

Here are my three girls off to school...where did the summer go?Gracie, Abbey, and Hilary
Hilary is off to morning kindergarten. Her teacher is Mrs. Wambeke. She is so very excited to ride the bus with her older sisters. Lindsay cut her hair for her first day.

This is what a kindergartner backpack looks like :)

Gracie is ready to hit 2nd grade. She is miss fashion! Her teacher is Miss Quigley. Gracie can't wait to get to school, not only to work but to socialize!!

No missing front teeth...must be in second grade.

Abbey gets to go to the new school, Summit. She is heading to 4th grade. She has Mrs. Burke. She also has one of her best friends, Madison in her class. Abbey got accepted or nominated (whatever) to be in the gifted and talented program. She is excited for the challenge of learning.
Now this is what a 4th graders backpack looks like :)!!! Ouch!

Have a great year girls!!!

Sisters and Friends! I am glad they have each other.

Highlights from Andersen Reunion at Sunrise Over P Ranch

We had a fun filled few days being together as a family. There is always competition and excitement with this family. We spent the last afternoon in the Twin Falls Temple doing baptisms. Abbey and Rachel got to come watch baby James in the waiting room.Rachel, Heather, Abbey, Joelle (she broke her hand during the adventures)
Aunt Joelle and all the grandkids (minus Trey, who was unfortunately at Primary Children's because of complications with PLE).
Lindsay and I made the kids shirts. They got to find them on treasure hunt. They turned out really cute :)

Cater and Wyatt...best buds

We have five little guys born in the same year. They had so much fun together.
The kids spent most of their time in the river. We also kayaked and went down the huge slide.

One afternoon we took the pontoon boat and canoe to a little spot to play. The kids were starting to get tired. Carter fell asleep between Grandpa's legs and Hilary just made herself comfy.
