Day 1...mainly the drive to Big Sky
John, I and the kids met Gramma, Poppy, Meg, Todd and girls in Pocatello for breakfast at IHop. Everyone was so excited. Poppy gave each car binoculars and a walkie/talkie. For driving trips like this, I am so very grateful for TV/DVD's in the car. :)
We stayed in fun condos in beautiful Big Sky, Montana right on top of the mountain. The kids were so excited to "swim" in the hot tub. The mosquitoes LOVED us!!

We ate at a fun restaurant called "Bugaboo". I am not sure if they don't have air conditioning or if it was broken but it was HOT!!!

On our way to Big Sky, we spotted a Moose. Yeah...first animal sighting of the trip.
There she is ...kind of skinny but a moose none the less.
